Shipping Policy

EC Bot Limited (hereinafter referred to as “we” or “EC Bot”) is committed to providing fast and secure delivery services to our customers, so you can easily enjoy our premium Chinese medicine and wellness products. Please read the following Shipping Policy carefully before placing an order. By making a purchase, you agree to and accept all terms of this policy.

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 working days. Orders will not be shipped on weekends or public holidays. In the event of high order volume, shipping may be delayed. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will notify you via email or phone.

2. Shipping – General Information

  • Shipping fees are calculated based on the package weight, volume, and delivery address.
  • A tracking number will be provided via email or message once the order is prepared for shipment.
  • We recommend customers provide an email address at checkout to receive the tracking number conveniently.
  • If no email address is provided, we will not proactively send the tracking number.
  • Estimated delivery times or dates provided by the courier are for reference only. Actual delivery may vary due to various factors.
  • We are not responsible for any loss, breakage, or damage that occurs during transit.

3. Shipping – Hong Kong and Macau

  • All orders are shipped via SF Express (順豐速運).
  • Shipping fees are collected by SF Express and payable upon pickup/delivery.

4. Shipping – Overseas

  • Overseas orders are subject to additional postage fees, charged separately from the order amount.
  • If you wish to ship overseas, we recommend contacting us before placing your order if you have any questions about delivery arrangements.
  • The default shipping method is Hong Kong Post.
  • International mail may be inspected by customs or government authorities during transit. We are not responsible for any damage, breakage, or additional fees/taxes incurred during the process.
